A NEW four-country river cruise has been launched by Pandaw River Expeditions for 2016 which will take pax into China. The seven-night cruise will depart Chiang Saen in Thailand, cruising the Upper Mekong and into Jinghong, operating on the brand new 20-pax Laos Pandawa.
