Ahead of his series of cruises with Carnival Cruise Line next year, award-winning chef Massimo Mele met with Carnival Spirit’s onboard culinary team this week to plan details of his onboard food events.
Massimo will be cooking up a feast during three cruises to Tasmania. Guests on the five-night cruises – two onboard Carnival Spirit in late January and one onboard Carnival Legend in April – will have the chance to enjoy an exclusive onboard cooking masterclass followed by lunch with the chef or attend his open cooking demonstration as they sail to Tasmania.
As an added treat, holidaymakers on Carnival Spirit’s January 24 cruise to Tasmania will also have the option of enjoying a memorable Australia Day lunch in Hobart hosted by Massimo and his mother, Maria.
