A SEATTLE judge has overturned
a decision to sue Holland America
Line for US$21.5 million.
The money was originally
awarded to an Ilinois man who
claimed he suffered a brain injury
when a sliding glass door struck
his head during a round the world
cruise in 2011.
After the Oct trial his former PA
came forward to say she saw him
delete emails that should have
been put forward as evidence.
No new trial date has been set.
