CRUISE passengers calling into Melbourne will be greeted by “Waterfront Welcomers” – a group of volunteers encouraging visitors to explore the suburb of Port Melbourne. The welcomers will be handing out lamingtons and offering free Port Melbourne Rickshaw Rides to visiting international travellers.
