SILVERSEA Cruises has completed a major renovation of its Silver Whisper, in the lead up to the vessel’s World Cruise 2017 which departs San Francisco later this week.
Whisper will voyage to Monte Carlo over the next 116 days, with the upgrade including new carpeting, wall treatments and rejuvenated wood flooring.
A new marble bar and display cases feature in the Observation Lounge, while the pool deck has been upgraded with the addition of two new whirlpools.
Synthetic turf has been placed on the jogging and spa decks.
Silversea’s ongoing US$170m refurbishment program has also seen Silver Discoverer and Silver Wind receive comprehensive makeovers, while Silver Cloud is also scheduled for a makeover towards the end of 2017, which will see the vessel converted to an ice-class expedition ship.
