NORWEGIAN Cruise Line has taken delivery of Norwegian Joy, the brand’s 15th ship and the first custom-designed for the Chinese cruise market.
A ceremony for the vessel was held at Meyer Werft’s shipbuilding yard in Bremerhaven, Germany.
Norwegian Joy can accommodate 3,883 guests and features large balcony staterooms, connecting rooms and virtual balconies as well as a racetrack and laser tag.
While Norwegian Joy makes her way to China, she will conduct inaugural calls to Asian cities featuring one-day events.
