A team of 45 of TravelManagers’ personal travel managers embarked on a World’s Leading Cruise Lines (WLCL) masterclass on board Emerald Princess while docked at Circular Quay’s OPT.
The intensive training session covered all of the WLCL brands and was followed by a five-course lunch as well as a privately escorted ship inspection of Emerald Princess.
Agents came from as far as Wagga Wagga, Jindabyne, Parkes Dubbo and Port Macquarie, while two attendees even travelled from Townsville and Devonport.
