CRYSTAL has extended cruising into the upper atmosphere with the addition of Crystal Skye to its fleet – a specially fitted Boeing 777-200LR aircraft to operate its Crystal AirCruises.
The aircraft is the largest privately owned tour jet in the world and will be christened on 12 Aug before its deployment on luxury charter services.
Handed over at a ceremony in Seattle on Tue, the plane has 88 lie-flat seats, a 24-seat lounge and stand-up bar, plus “the largest wine cellar in the sky”.
