PRINCESS Cruises Australia’s sales team has made a series of “strategic changes” designed to “strengthen trade relations”, promoting Lachlan Brett to National Account Manager; Shaun Kavanagh to Key Account Manager and Brett Wendorf to Head of Sales Operations.
Wendorf, previously Australian and New Zealand National Sales Manager, will oversee all Business Development Managers in Australian and New Zealand markets, while Brett will oversee national accounts across the market.
Kavanagh will oversee cruise specialist accounts, including key wholesaler partners.
“These promotions are key to Princess Cruises local growth story and providing the best service to our key accounts,” said Princess Cruises Director of Sales and Marketing Nick Ferguson.
“We have made this change to ensure the continued success for the Princess Cruises’ business in the Australian market for the years ahead.”
Princess Cruises recently introduced its Ocean of Offers promotion for its 2020 itineraries, which provides guests with a multitude of special packages on its 2020 itineraries, which includes Australia, Alaska, the Caribbean Europe, Japan and New Zealand (CW 13 Dec), which lasts until 12 Mar.
