Hapag-Lloyd to expedition in the Kimberley in 2028

The German cruise line becomes the latest entrant into WA’s northern extremity.

Hapag-Lloyd Cruises’ Hanseatic Spirit will sail the German line’s first-ever Kimberley expeditions in 2028.

A new 18-day program will feature Zodiac adventures on the King George River and at Montgomery Reef, and will visit the Houtman Abrolhos chain in the Indian Ocean.

The new cruise is Hapag-Lloyd’s latest expansion in Australia, with the line also set to bring its Europa 2 Down Under in 2027 for a series of voyages along the country’s coast.
