THE Port of Brisbane said its site preparation timetable for the new Brisbane terminal remains unchanged, despite the ACCC deciding it will not grant interim authorisation (CW 02 Nov). The company requested interim approval to allow it to commence work with “the required level of comfort about its investment risk”.
