South Pacific cruising is poised for a luxurious upgrade with a unique new option from the all-inclusive Crystal Cruises.
For the first time, the “ultra luxury” line will offer a 21-day roundtrip voyage from Sydney which will take passengers to the Great Barrier Reef, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Fiji and New Caledonia.
Departing 20 Jan 2017, the just-announced cruise on Crystal Symphony is on sale now, with early reservations recommended.
Ports of call include Hamilton Island, Alotau, Kiriwina, Rabaul, Guadalcanal (Honiara), Champagne Bay, Port Vila, Yasawa-I-Rara, Lautoka and Isle of Pines, plus an overnight stay in Sydney upon return.
Twin-share fares for the sailing start at US$8,675 per person including fine wines, champagne and premium spirits, all non-alcoholic beverages, all meals (including specialty restaurants), 24-hour room service, and pre-paid gratuities for housekeeping, bar and dining staff.
The South Pacific cruise is one of 74 voyages released nearly three years in advance – the earliest ever for Crystal Cruises.
It features in Crystal Cruises’ record-breaking program for 2016 and early 2017, which also includes 41 maiden calls, 119 overnights (40 of them “double” overnights) & more short cruises of five to ten days in duration.
Other highlights include a pan-Pacific Grand Cruise; a return to Alaska (Crystal’s first season in five years), the Philippines (for the first time in 18 years) and New Orleans; expanded American and Caribbean choices; three trips through Antarctica; inclusive land programs in Berlin and Montreal and two different World Cruises (in 2016 and 17), with one segment beginning in Sydney.
Crystal will also return to Sydney to enjoy the New Year’s fireworks on a cruise between Auckland and Melbourne.
The 99-day pan-Pacific Grand Cruise aboard Crystal Symphony, departing 05 Jan 2017, comprises seven segments sailing to/from Melbourne, Sydney (roundtrip), Bali, Singapore, Hong Kong, Incheon, and Tokyo, and features several new and rarely visited Polynesian and Philippines ports .
