THE vegetarian and vegan options on board Hapag-Lloyd Cruises’ Europa 2 have been expanded due to high demand. Developed by former ceo of the Michelin-starred Margaux restaurant in Berlin, chef Michael Hoffmann, the vegetarian options are available across the vessel’s seven restaurants.
