ROYAL Caribbean International is tempting potential stowaways by hosting Australia’s biggest game of hide and seek.
On 18 Feb, Aussies aged eight and over will be invited to board Ovation of the Seas while it is docked in Sydney to take part in the feat.
Two games will be held – one for people 15 and over and another for children aged eight to 14 – and passengers will be searched for by “Australia’s national hide and seek team”, the Nascondingos.
The final person to be found will be lured out of their spot with major prizes, including $10,000 and a Royal Caribbean family cruise.
“We know that Aussies are great sports, are highly competitive and have a great sense of fun so it seems fitting that what may be the world’s first official — and biggest game of Hide & Seek at sea takes place here in Australia, on our very own Ovation of the Seas” Ovation’s cruise director, Joff Eaton said.
The comp is part of RCI’s celebrations marking 10 years of sailing down under & coincides with its “Come Seek” campaign.
