NORWEGIAN Cruise Line Holdings CEO Frank Del Rio’s tailor is going to be pretty busy maintaining the chief’s usual sartorial elegance next year.

During the wild celebrations as part of the christening ceremony for the company’s new Norwegian Prima (CW yesterday) he confided that he only buys a new suit when absolutely necessary – such as for a ship naming ceremony.

Sporting a new outfit for the Katy Perry event on Sat, Del Rio said the rapid rollout of newbuilds across the group next year means his wardrobe is set to be bulging, with new suits required for the debut of Oceania Vista, Prima’s sister ship Norwegian Viva and then Regent Seven Seas Grandeur in Dec.
