REGENT Seven Seas Cruises has announced it will debut an extensive array of plant-based dishes across its fleet, starting from 01 Oct 2019.
More than 200 gourmet plant-based selections will be offered across all meals, including dessert.
The range of new dishes includes chickpea pancake with spinach, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and harissa sauce, roasted almond and vegetable soup, wild mushroom tart with brittle pie crust, mushroom duxelles, red pepper coulis, along with lime-vodka sorbet for dessert.
