| Scenic appointment

RIVER cruise veteran Christine Sustreanu has taken up the role of managing director of global river cruise operations for Scenic and Emerald Waterways – the exclusively operated product of Scenic’s Evergreen Tours.

She joined Uniworld as a managing director in 2004, when the line was acquired by TTC and was previously svp of Grand Circle Travel Corporation.

Sustreanu will be based in Scenic’s Zug, Switzerland office.
