FRENCH President Emmanuel Macron has nationalised the country’s biggest shipyard at St Nazaire to prevent its takeover by Italian firm Fincantieri. The STX shipyard, builder of the world’s largest cruise ship Harmony of the Seas, has been under a cloud since last year’s collapse of its Korean owner.
