There’s no better way to learn than to experience it yourself and itravel have adopted this wholeheartedly to their famous Masterclasses. Today, the itravel team hopped on-board Royal Caribbean’s Radiance of the Seas to experience the ship just as guests do.
Guided by Key Account’s Manager Mark Rheinbay, Masterclass attendees inspected Royal Caribbean’s cabins, including the luxurious suites before viewing key selling points on the ship, such as variety of restaurants, bars, secret tips and tricks and activities.
The team were then lucky enough to sit down to a three course lunch provided by Royal Caribbean with a spectacular view of Sydney’s sunny skies and landmark features. #instagramworthy
After lunch, the itravel team were treated to an intimate training session on the latest product updates and the best ways to sell the Royal Caribbean product, which helps to increase their ability to convert bookings.
