Building on their two-year pact (CW 12 Nov 15), the arrangement spans culinary demos, signature recipes on the menu, a food and wine themed cruise in France, Spain and Portugal and a series of guest chef cruises are some of the new initiatives.
The James Beard Foundation is a New York City-based non-profit culinary arts organisation which aims to honour and support chefs who contribute to and promote America’s food culture.
